About My Variable Rate Listing Fee: 

 If we sell your home in cooperation with another agent, your fee is only 3.5%, of which 2% goes to the buyer's agent, and 1.5% to us. Buyer's agents are accustomed to getting 2%, and at that percentage, they will bring plenty clients to see your property.

 If we sell your home with no help from another agent, your fee is only 2%. You pay less and we get more: a win-win situation. Our goal is to get as many 2% deals as possible!

 If you find a buyer for your property on your own, your fee is only 1%. We will help you determine if the buyer is qualified to purchase your home, then we will draw up all the necessary paperwork, including the purchase and sales agreement, and we will order smoke certificates, final water meter readings, and consul you throughout the entire process, to ensure a smooth legal transaction.
